Important information
● During the verification in the race office, the permission to collect the package on someone's behalf will not be accepted! Which means that the package can only be picked up in person! The office will close half an hour before it starts. In exceptional cases, the organizer may - after prior notification by the competitor - provide the chip and starting number of the starting place.
● The competition takes place on a city playground with different surfaces (gravel, asphalt, soil, sand). Although surface defects and dangerous places are always repaired, unevenness, pebbles, etc. should be taken into account. Inconvenience. In addition, the competition is conducted after dark and at night, which further promotes dangerous situations!
● Having your own lighting in the form of a headlamp or other accessories IS MANDATORY! the route will be illuminated with parking lights, but the organizer is not responsible for any failures of this lighting that occurred during the 14th edition!
● Participation of cyclists, skaters etc. is prohibited, e.g. as pacemakers on the marathon route during the competition.
● NORDIC WALKING WALKERS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY AT THE COMPETITION AND ONLY WITH KILES WITH CLEAR REFLECTIVE ELEMENTS!

Continued tradition of the oldest, uninterrupted night marathon in Poland.
Welcoming many returning runners, who represent the best values that marathon running has to offer.
Promotion of Bydgoszcz in Poland, Europe and beyond.
Popularization of the park that goes along the unique, historic hydro-tech landmark, the Bydgoszcz Canal, the oldest in Poland, complete water route, which when finished connected Western parts of Europe with the Eastern.
Offering night racing.
Promotion of staying active - optional not full distance.
Promotion of long distance running.

3. RACE DATE AND LOCATION
June 13, 2020, (Saturday) START at 9PM
June 14, 2020, (Sunday) Final cut off at 3AM

4. COURSE INFORMATION
10 loops. The course takes runners through the park, on gravel paths, around the Old Bydgoszcz Canal (the distance of one loop is 4,2195km). The entire route is lit up with park lamps.
TERRAIN: Start/Meta: 53,09 meters above see level. .25 of the loop: 49,62 m above see level. Turn around: 45,95 m above see level. (From start to turn around you are running downhill. From turn around to the the end of a loop you are running uphill.)
Start of each loop is near the athletic club KS “Gwiazda” located at ul. Bronikowskiego, with runners heading towards downtown. Turn around is by the water lock #4 near ul. Wroclawska. >>> Marathon route
5. DISTANCE, TIME, CUT OFF
The competitions will take place for a chosen distance, which will be multiply of the 1/10 of the full marathon distance. Finish the race on a different than the declared distance is acceptable.
Such a change in distance must be reported to the race office during verification and at the latest after the race!

TIMING: The measurement of time - by using electronic chips feedback attached to the shoe runner. You are required to return the chip at the finish !!!
During the race, all competitors must have their starting numbers attached to the front of the starting shirt or shorts. Under the penalty of disqualification, it is unacceptable to cover the starting number in part or in full.
Your bib number is unique, a memento of the race and belongs to the runner.
Time limit for both distances is 6 hours.
Any runner who does not finish by the cut of time of 6 hours will be pulled from the race.
6. PARTICIPATION
The race is open to people who are over 18 on the start day, i.e. they were born on 13.06.2002 or earlier.
Nordic Walking walkers and walkers are allowed to participate.
NORDIC WALKING WALKERS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE COMPETITION ONLY AND ONLY WITH KIEVES WITH EXPRESSIVE REFLECTIVE ELEMENTS!
Only those who register, pay registration fee (till a specific date) and are confirmed by the organizers are eligible to participate.
7. INSURANCE
Every participant is insured under the group insurance NNW for the following injuries:
medical treatment of an injury that resulted from an accident during the race
support in case of death that resulted from an accident during the race.
The participant has the right to inspect the insurance contract and the relevant General Terms and Conditions of Insurance, which will be made available in the race office.
Each participant may individually insure himself in a wider range than described above at his own expense
8. REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION
Registration is available only online via http://super-sport.com.pl until May 24, 2020.
Registration list closes on 24.05.2020. Anyone who will not have paid the fee by then will be deleted from the list.
By providing your registration information one agrees to share their personal information by race organizers - as stated in the August 29, 1997 Personal Identity Protection Law (Dz.U. Nr. 133. pos 883.) - via all channels, including: online, print media, posters, billboards, TV and radio.

Mandatory confirmation of all participants is available in the athletic club KS “Gwiazda” on June 13, 2020 from 4pm to 8:30pm. ID required.
9. ENTRY FEE
The entry fee, regardless of the distance:
PLN 60 - paid until 30th November 2019
PLN 75 - paid until 29th February 2020
PLN 90 - paid until 24th May 2020
METHOD OF PAYMENT
After registration, the entry fee should be transferred to the organizer's account.

Each participant is obliged to pay the entrance fee within 7 days following the date of enrolment. Otherwise the registration will be cancelled.
The payment deadline is 24th May 2020. Any payments registered after this deadline will not guarantee the entrance to the race and will not be refundable.
On the day of the race the organizer will have at his disposal a few spare run packages at the cost of PLN 120, paid in cash in the Marathon office.
Run packages contain: the entry number and chip, a medal, and other souvenirs, T-shirt depending on the organiser's budget.
The entry fee is not refundable in case the Participant resigns, yet it may be transferred to another Participant.
10. GUARANTEES
Participants who finish race will receive a medal (same for everyone).
Every participant registered by May 24, 2020 will receive a race packet which includes: a medal, , and possible other (including a T-shirt) swag depending on the race budget.
Every participant will receive their unique bib number, which they can keep after the race.
A meal is provided post race for every participant.
After the race each participant can upload their personal diploma from http://super-sport.com.pl
An ambulance will be present during the run.
To recall it, we call and give the exact location of the event, the phone number to the paramedic in the ambulance will be printed on the starting number.
The route will also be monitored by a mobile medical rescuer.
Aid stations will be offering cold and hot beverages, sweets, bananas and allow runners to have their own drop bags.
Organizers are providing free overnight accommodations at the athletic club “Gwiazda” from June 13 (Saturday) to June 14 (Sunday) - air mattress.
Organizers will provide storage of private belongings during the race. Pick up only by presenting your bib number. Organizers are not responsible for any private belongings left unattended.
Locker rooms, bathrooms with showers, restrooms are available at KS “Gwiazda”.
Porto-potties will be available near START/FINISH area.
11. CLASSIFICATION, AWARDS
The OPEN classification will be carried out during the race,
First, the competitors who finish the marathon (42.195km) will be classified - further classification according to the distance traveled.
The competitor and the competitor will receive material prizes for the first place in the marathon (run). Awards for men and women for second and third places in the marathon (run) will depend on the event's budget and are not guaranteed.

13. FINAL WORD
By registering online or in the race office and signing your registration form, a runner agrees to take a full responsibility and admits being aware of the risks associated with running a half or full marathon.
Every registered runners confirmed that they have familiarized themselves with and will follow this Race Rules.
In order to be classified among finishers a runner has to cross the finish line in 6 or less hours.
Every participant is required to sign a liability form confirming that they are running at their own risk.
The organizers have the right to change race rules. All participants will be informed in advance of any changes to the race rules.
The interpretation of the above rules is up to the race director of this marathon.
